How will I receive my exam results and certificates?

Provisional results will be available immediately on completion of the exam. Confirmed results will be issued within ten working days from the date of the exam.
Certificates for those who have achieved a passing grade will be issued within ten working days from the date of the exam.
Results notifications and certificates are sent directly to candidates by the relevant exam board in electronic format. Please note that hard copy exam certificates are not issued.

Booking your exam

Important information: Please read our examination guide before scheduling your exam.

All exams are delivered online using an automated proctor system managed by GASQ on behalf of IBITGQ.
You are required to book your exam online at least 96 hours before the required exam date.

If needed, you can reschedule your exam once, provided you do so at least 48 hours before your booked exam date, at no additional charge.

Exam candidates are required to have:

A desktop computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
The Google Chrome browser installed
Photo ID such as a student card, ID card, or driver’s license
A tablet or smartphone with a camera
A stable Internet connection over Wi-Fi with a minimum upload speed of 1.5 Mbps

The exam was challenging, but exactly what the study material covered along with additional insight from the ISO 19011 standards. The system check process was user-friendly and smooth. The remote proctor was also very comfortable to test with and made all of the final preparations before the exam simple and relaxing. The proctor was also very accommodating by awarding an additional 3-minutes of time for things he/she asked me to do during the exam on a couple of occasions. Because of my comfort level with the proctor, exam material, and overall process, I am now scheduled to take the ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor exam in a couple of days, less than a month of passing my ISO 27001:2022 Certified Information Security Internal Auditor (CIS IA) exam. If IT Governance has any additional ISO or other framework certification courses my, investments towards the betterment of my career will be with them. I really hope they have an exam voucher for ISO 9001:2015 sometime soon. I'd love that!
