This course allows you study in your own time and at your own pace for the ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle exam. This course is for anyone who has studied through the ITIL qualification scheme and attained enough ITIL Expert credits to count toward the ITIL Expert qualification.

The course is the equivalent to a five-day classroom-based course. It uses online video lectures, printable courseware, and online mentoring, covering most of the information you need to know to pass the Certificate in ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle exam at your first attempt.

It is a requirement prior to anyone applying for the ITIL Expert accreditation that they study for and pass the Managing Across the Lifecycle exam. This course provides a cost-effective way of doing so.

Prerequisites

Students must hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, attained through either an ITIL V2-V3 Foundation Bridging course or an ITIL Foundation course, plus have 15 credits from previously completed ITIL Intermediate certifications. It is highly recommended, although not mandatory, that each student read the ITIL Lifecycle Publication Suite.
