Course duration is a minimum of 21 hours. You can choose from either a 90-day, or 150-day course.
This course is equivalent 3 ITIL credits.
Please note the exam is purchased separately.
The exam comprises 40 multiple-choice questions over 90 minutes, with a 70% pass mark. The exam can be taken online with a web proctor (PeopleCert). Students must hold the ITIL Foundation certificate and have already completed the Service Strategy course before they can request their exam voucher.
If you fail the exam, you are able to resit it at an extra cost.
Students wishing to study the Service Strategy course should already hold the ITIL Foundation certificate.
